RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery, in accordance with Ukrainian law.
Items discounted by 50% or more are eligible for exchange only.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
– All tags and labels must be intact and attached
– The item must not have any perfume or foreign smell
– The item must be unworn and unused
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
WARRANTY
All items come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
In case of manufacturing defects not caused by the customer, we provide free repair service.
Repair time: 5–10 business days.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
– Make sure your item meets the return conditions listed above
– If your order included a gift, the full set must be returned
– Send the package to the address provided during return confirmation

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your bank account.
(You will need to provide your full name, IBAN, and tax ID.)
Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Estimated refund time: 2–4 business days.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the return was sent at our expense, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
