DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE
We deliver across Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
Orders are stored at the post office for up to 7 days, after which they are returned to us.
Cash on delivery is available. A fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount is charged by Nova Poshta upon receipt.
IN-STORE PICK UP
You can pick up your order from our stores in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Lviv.
COURIER DELIVERY
Home delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta courier service.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Same-day taxi delivery is available in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Lviv.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via Ukrposhta (14–21 business days) and Nova Poshta (5–14 business days).
Shipping costs are calculated individually after the order is placed.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.
